Introducing the Rewards Program for Database Health Monitor
At Stedman Solutions, we’ve always looked for ways to say thank you to everyone using Database Health Monitor. With the launch of the new Rewards Program, we now have a way to give you even more value the longer you use the product.
The idea came from a hosting company I worked with years ago. Each month you stayed with them, they increased the resources and features available to you without raising your cost. I thought that was a brilliant way to reward loyalty, and we’ve taken that same approach with Database Health Monitor.
Here’s how it works. Over time, as you continue to use Database Health Monitor, you unlock new rewards. For example, at the three-month mark, you’ll have access to three different rewards.
The first reward is free access to our Aggregating Data course at Stedman’s SQL School. This course dives into techniques like the OVER clause and provides practical examples for working with aggregated data. To claim it, you simply click the Claim button in Database Health Monitor and receive an email with a coupon code for free enrollment.
The second reward is a 20-minute configuration tutorial with the Stedman team. In this session, either I or one of Our Team members will walk you through configuring Database Health Monitor in your environment. We’ve found that this quick setup call makes a huge difference. In just 20 minutes, you’ll pick up tips and tricks that help you get more out of the tool and set you up for long-term success.
The third reward at the three-month mark is the ability to enable daily or weekly monitoring emails. This feature provides scheduled reports delivered right to your inbox, giving you a regular view of your SQL Server health. Again, you just click Claim, receive instructions by email, and we’ll help you configure it.
One question I often get is about timing. What if you’ve been using Database Health Monitor for years? Rewards don’t accumulate retroactively, but they do begin from the release of version 3.0 or from the time you first installed the product after that release. For example, if you start today and continue for 18 months, you’ll have access to all rewards up to month 18. And if you miss claiming one along the way, you can always go back later to pick it up.
The Rewards Program is our way of showing appreciation to the growing community of Database Health Monitor users. It provides ongoing value, keeps you engaged with new features and training, and even includes a few surprises we’ll add along the way.
